I don't know about you but for me uni starts again next Monday after a good 2 months of winter/spring break. Personally (and I know this is one of the weirdest things I've ever said) I think that 2 months are quite too much if you do NOTHING:.. I know I'll change that in the summer break.
Now where was I? Well I have heard from several sources that you should change your passwords regularly. So my plan is to make new passwords for all the plattforms and social media sites I use every half year i.e. the start of a new semester.
And here we are now... at the beginning of a new semester... with a new Password reminder sheet. I figured the last one wasn't exactly what I would call good. So I guess it was time for a new one.
So here you go, below you can see the sheet and with one click on the pic you can download it in a good quality PDF document :)
For me inventing new passwords is always a pain in the..... you know what I'm talking about.
But I always keep these tips in mind to have a hack secured super duper great password in the end!
Another last tip which is only my personal opinion.. I guess I don't have to tell you that you shouldn't write your passwords on a post it note and stick it to your computer or so...
But honestly I don't really trust any technical equipment in this case. I wouldn't recommend you go to some fancy password saver website to log in ALL YOUR PASSWORDS in 1 SITE! This way when the site gets hacked they'll literally have access to any internet account you owe + if you don't have internet access (let's all hope this will not happen too often) and you saved a password from a bank or so.... your screwed...
Old school is in my opinion the best way to handle that... Paint out the (or if you don't like this one check out pinterest/make your own) password reminder sheet and handwrite all the info. Lock it away somewhere not everyone knows about and that's it. BETTER SAVE THAN SORRY Ladies and Gentlemen...
That's all I got for you today. I hope you have a great day and happy passwording ;)
