Here is the second course I tried the same day as the Zucchini-Mozzarella-Salad.
The salad is incredibly easy to make. You don't have to cook at all and the preparation is rather easy. The only difficulty comes with pressing some melone juice out of the fruit after you already removed the soft parts.
As already said with the Zucchini-Mozzarella-Salad - compared to what J.O. says, I didn't even come close to 10minutes for this meal. It took me fewer time than the other salad, yet I needed a good 20mins to prepare it. (Twice as much as it should've taken)
What can I say? DELICIOUS! It was a feast and soo good :) Can't complain. Interesting mix of sweet, savory, salty... Really delicious - I can only recommend it!
This salad isn't that cheap. The melone is quite expensive, so is the ham. Still it is so worth the money! All in all I took medium products - not too expensive, not too cheap. And spent rather a lot of money as the ingredients themselves are quite expensive.
All in all I would say that this salad is so worth preparing. It is delicious, you feel like you're on holiday and it is really easy to make. It takes relatively little time but is a bit expensive.
My final stars are: 3 out of 4

I'm so sorry for being late in updating about the #JamieOliverProject!
I had a serious problem after cooking the very first meals from the cook book.
After enjoying the meals (and they were really very good) I had cramps and couldn't recover for half of the night. I'm still not sure why this happened.
I never ate raw zucchini and actually thought this might've been the problem. I couldn't find any warning about eating raw zucchini. What I guess is that you just shouldn't eat too much of it... just a guess, I don't know if this is the truth.
First of all this salad is super easy to make. It does take some time to cut the zucchini even if you have a potato peeler. Yet, it is worth it.
The rest of the salad + dressing are finished rather quickly. You only have to check on the ingredients of the dressing and how to make it. This take a bit of time again, but it's really easy.
CONCLUSION: Easy to make, even the dressing.
Jamie Oliver says all meals can be cooked in 30 minutes... And he's talking about 2 - 3-course meals.
My opinion: Never in a million years. Maybe if you are in an incredible hurry and know EXACTLY what to do you may finish this in time. But as a beginner + with no idea what I do, it took me a good hour to make 2 of the three courses suggested for this meal... This is more than six times as much as J.O. says...
I do admit: I wasn't in a hurry and I did take my time to double check if I do it right every now and then. I do believe you will be fast when in training but for now it simply took waay too long.
CONCLUSION: The time is not even close to what is promissed. I strongly recommend trying it beforehand to know how much time you'll need.
I can't say much about this. It tasted delicious and I have no evidence the problem came from the zucchini. Just what I tasted it was brilliant! :)
The costs were not minimum but neither were they out of the world. I, as a student, do have a look on expenses and I feel like this meal doesn't cost so much that I wouldn't repeat it. It's not cheap but who wants to eat cheap food?
So my all in all conclusion is that it was incredibly tasty and easy to make, not too castly though it did take some time to prepare.
My general result is 2.75 stars for this meal - substracting points for time.
